Putting my emotions into words is not easy. It is even harder to put them into a caption. Give me the time, and I could probably explain it. If you could understand just what I’m trying to express through the tears, the cracking voice, and a seemingly never-ending sea of detail. Pictures help. So does the song. But the moments I lived are the only things that tell the full story. Thank you to those who were a part of it. Thank you to those who believed. Thank you to those who didn’t. I love you all. The journey may be over, but the impact on my life will be forever. I am proud to say, I did it my way.

Two great days for our Italy Open Men’s Football team at the GAA World Games. 🇮🇹

The lads were in action on Wednesday and Thursday, taking on Middle East GAA, Waterford GAA and Yorkshire GAA in three competitive games.

It’s always special to wear the Italy jersey, and having a full Open Men’s team at the World Games made these last few days all the more memorable.

A big thanks to our opponents, officials, volunteers and everyone who supported the team over the last few days. A special thank you to our sponsors, Roman Vacations, for their support throughout the tournament. @roman.vacations

Plenty to build on, and plenty of great memories made.

Photos on slide 2 and 3 are by the wonderful @celtic_focus @gaelicgameseurope ! The rest of photos are by our Italy PRO.

What a brilliant opening day at the World GAA Games in Waterford! 🌍💙💛

The atmosphere, the colour and the passion on display made for a fantastic start to an incredible week of Gaelic Games.

With 43 teams representing Europe, our players proudly showcased the skill, commitment and community spirit that continues to drive the growth of our games across the continent.

Check out some of our European teams in action as they represent their clubs and the wider Gaelic Games Europe family.

Best of luck to all of our teams for the rest of the week!

Hey everyone, we’ve qualified for our third county final in recent years. Our Junior team are in their second final in as many years. Our Junior Bs were narrowly defeated by one point in their county final earlier this year. Our Junior F team won the league and were narrowly defeated in the county semi final. The players have put in a huge effort all year, we want to show our appreciation and back the team.

St Lachtains GAA club have set up a go fund me page so our supporters far and wide can contribute towards the costs involved in preparing teams for county finals.

All support is greatly appreciated⚫️🟠

Link in bio.

Thanks to @irish_focus for photos from our semi final win.
