The OUM Wellness Center in San Pedro Garza García, designed by Pich-Aguilera Architects, aims to be Mexico’s first Net Zero Energy Building.

Tasked with fabricating and installing the High-Performance Concrete (HPC) façade, Kinetica used innovative concrete mixtures—Pervia and Resilia by Cemex. These panels, crafted to maintain both aesthetic and functional integrity, also enhance the building’s environmental performance. In a hot climate of around 40ºC, the porous concrete helps cool the air by absorbing rainwater, which evaporates naturally through the surface, lowering the temperature.

At 54 stories and 645 feet tall, she’s a beauty! Behold Phase 1 of Chetrit Group, LLC’s The River District (Miami River), which features a stunning curved elliptical design by the renowned @kobikarp, with its sloped crown fully formed and glass gracefully ascending to the skyscraper’s apex. Towering over the Miami River, it’s extending Brickell’s skyline further west – a transformative tower. We’re proud to have tracked the construction progress of phase one since its inception, led by @g.t._mcdonald_enterprises_inc_ as the general contractor and @tektonconstruction as the shell contractor. It’s on track for completion in 2024, adding 632 rental apartments, with three additional towers planned. And, of course, we have captivating drone visuals of the development as of earlier this month to illustrate exactly what we mean.

When fully built out, The River District is set to encompass 4 million square feet, featuring about 1,600 residences, Class A office space, 30,000 square feet of retail, a boat marina for 60-foot vessels, and 2,000 covered parking spots.
