Cobblestone + modern pavers? YES. 👏
One of my favorite things about this project is the mix of textures.

✨ Villagio brings that timeless cobbled look
✨ Industria adds clean, modern lines
✨ Raffinato 180 ties it all together with a sleek wall

It’s a perfect example of why your outdoor space doesn’t have to stick to just one design style.

Even better, this backyard was created with real life in mind: plenty of open space for the kids to run around, play, and actually USE it.

Beautiful spaces should still be livable spaces. 🤍

A backyard with curves.

This courtyard now flows from deck to patio. @timbertech Vintage decking in English Walnut wraps around Belgard Dimensions pavers in Scandina Gray, and a curved built-in bench follows the planter wall.

After dark, low-voltage lighting under the bench and along the path brings it all to life.

Deck material: TimberTech Advanced PVC, Vintage Collection
Color: English Walnut
Enhancements: pre-fabricated pergola, Belgard Dimensions pavers in Scandina Gray, built-in bench, low-voltage lights

Grand opening of the Felton Pump Track was off the charts. The community came out to RIP laps until dark like the old days.

HUGE thank you to all that supported this project from contractors, community members, families and all that donated to this dream we had for this community.

To every rider, respect each other, watch out for each other, clean up after each other and most of all have FUN!

Community, teamwork, and a lot of fun. We had a blast contributing to the project at the Felton Pump Track as part of our Q3 community beautification project.

After an amazing crew of volunteers got the new plants in the ground last Saturday, our team stepped in to install a new irrigation system to ensure this space stays green and thriving. Building community spaces is what it is all about.

Come celebrate the hard work! Join the grand opening on Saturday the 19th where the pump track will be officially open to everyone.

Important journalism from the K&D Classic: we asked golfers what they would bring back from the 80s.

The music and partying were the popular answers. What would you bring back?

The best way to explain the 3rd Annual K&D Classic is to just show you.

This recap captures what a Friday at Seascape Golf Club turned into: a sold-out field, an 80s dress code taken very seriously, and a check for $20,150 headed to CASA of Monterey County.

We shared the photos and the thank yous last week. This is the part a camera roll can’t carry, the energy of a community that decided foster youth advocacy was worth showing up for in full costume.

Three years of the K&D Classic, and this community shows no signs of slowing down.

This one was special for us. K&D Landscaping was founded in 1986, so for our 40th anniversary, we brought the whole tournament back to where it all began: the 80s. Golfers, sponsors, and volunteers took over Seascape Golf Club in full retro style, and together raised $20,150 for CASA of Monterey County to support advocacy for children in foster care.

Behind every costume and every swing was the same commitment: kids in our community deserve someone in their corner. CASA's advocates are that someone, and this day belongs to them.

Forty years in, we can't think of a better way to celebrate than alongside the community that got us here. Thank you to everyone who played, sponsored, and volunteered. See you at year four.
