Wow, has it been a month! Been holding down the fort for a couple of weeks now, helping my oldest recover from wisdom tooth surgery before spending a month with her grandma in Missouri before our college classes start at the end of August. Helping my middlest daughter to get over a sinus infection + pink eye before starting high school. Mix in grief over losing a beloved member of our family suddenly and unexpectedly (hence part of the reason for needing to take care of things alone at home for so long). Becoming a morning person so that my girls are well fed before school and I get them there before a drop off line starts. Then figuring out how to not pass out in 100+ temps IN my van in the high school and then jr. high pickup lines (and recover from symptoms of dehydration)... - Life's been wild, but we're finding our rhythm. We're trying to make time for things that are good for us. • Packing a healthy, wholesome tasty school lunch each night. • Having a good cooked protein breakfast in the morning. • Reading 1 chapter in the Bible out loud during the 10 minute drive to school. • Napping as needed after school. • Making it to church Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. • Me making time to get a workout done after a month of not (and it turning out to be easier than I thought to pick it back up). • Trying not to give in to eating out too many times and cooking nutritious meals at home. • Finishing a good historical fiction (and increasing my compassion in the process). • Being all registered for my college classes. • Enjoying the early celebration of the Fall season (in defiance to the extreme heat).

Faith, flips, and unforgettable moments 🙌✨ Last night’s Faith, Flip & Fun was what we envisioned and so much more — community, encouragement, and kids pushing their limits while having an absolute blast. From high-flying flips, intense games of dodgeball🏀, to powerful moments of connection🙏 this is what it’s all about 💙 We’re beyond grateful for everyone who showed up, braved the storm ⛈️ , and made it so special. This is more than an event… it’s a movement. Who’s ready for the next one? 👀🔥 #ktr #phoenix #faith #summer

Last camp! Before camp I had thoughts of not going, I am so glad that I went in the end. God showed me that I have a purpose and that no matter how far gone I am he will always be there. I am a kingdom worker. I couldn’t have asked for a better group or better leaders. Thank you @ciymove and @centralaz.students for everything. #ciymove2026 #ciy #kingdomworkers

HIGH SCHOOL CAMP 2026! ☑️ What a week. A whole bunch of students, incredible leaders, best student team, and my 2 HS kids all in one place! I don’t have the words to describe this past week, you just had to be there. If you know, you know! Time to rest and run in back with our Jr. High students! 🤟🏼

It will always be a privilege to lead these boys at camp, and every year I see them grow more in their relationship with Christ and with each other, and it is so impactful to see. Camden and I couldn’t be more proud of your walks with God, Love you guys! • • “Put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” Ephesians 4:22-24
