Clear concise cornering from the lead voice, essential for a fighter to get the most crucial information they need in the short amount of time they have between rounds.
Here we see @coachrudi getting his advice delivered in a proper fashion to @jacob_a_n_ at @centralcoastfc_ccfc in Santa Cruz

Flash went to TBA L.A. with something to prove. 🥊🏆

He stepped into the ring for a rematch against a tough kid from an awesome team — a fighter he had faced and beaten before. This time, the stakes were even higher. Flash fought hard, stayed strong, trusted his training, and once again prevailed.

He came home with the TBA BELT! 🏆🔥 And next year, he’ll have the opportunity to defend it.

This moment didn’t happen overnight. Flash worked hard to get to this point. He put in the rounds, the conditioning, the sacrifices, and the long days of training. When it was time to step into that ring, all that work showed.

What made the experience even more special was having so many people there supporting him. Feeling that love and hearing everyone behind him meant a lot and gave him even more motivation to keep fighting.

A huge thank you to his coach for believing in him, pushing him, and preparing him for this moment, and to all of his training partners who helped him get ready for battle. Every round, every lesson, and every push helped Flash become victorious.

Flash went to TBA L.A. with a mission… and came home a CHAMPION. 🏆🥊🇺🇸

Hard work. Heart. Strength. Victory.

The belt is home — and next year, we defend it. 💪🔥

Thank you to everyone that came out for my first amateur fight with CCFC and Danny Compton in Santa Cruz.

I'm grateful to Coach Efrain for the time spent preparing me and improving my skills. As well as Krista for the photos behind the scenes and cornering help. Thank you to everyone at Allied, especially Javi, Coco and Ray for helping me throughout camp.

Thank you to my Dad, Mom and brother for supporting me and coming to watch my fight.

Thank you to my amazing girlfriend for supporting me throughout this camp and beyond :)

I'm ecstatic and beyond grateful for everyone that came out. I'm happy I was able to put on a show and it was truly special to share this moment with friends, family, training partners and coaches who've been a part of my journey. Onto the next one big things to come :)
