Still moving. Still growing. Even at 50. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Sport doesn’t just move my body; it makes me feel most alive, challenged, and grounded. Every finish line is just the next starting point. Challenging myself, becoming better, always.

I’m Dr. Cicel Reyna—a rehab doctor, a multisport athlete, and here to help you move and take on challenges of your own! 💪

How do you want to grow in your movement journey? Share it in the comments 👇

Huge shoutout to my Movement Communities who makes the journey so much better! @century_trihard @fitdaily.ph 🙌🏻

Thank you, August. 🥰
The moment I got out of bed the day after surgery, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a very long time — relief. ❤️‍🩹🩵 Note: There will be different captions for each video or photo that don't relate to it. 🤓 Please go with it. 🌈

I remember thinking, Why does my body suddenly feel so much lighter? Why does breathing feel easier? Why does my back feel so much better?

Trust me, movement—whether weightlifting or functional training—has always helped relieve my back pain from scoliosis. But I came to realize that my breast implants were also contributing significantly to the pain I had been carrying for years.

I’m now 8 days post- #explant, and I’m honestly feeling really good. My back and neck pain went from about an 80 to a 10, my posture is so much better, and I feel like I could breathe more freely.

I even noticed that the whites of my eyes looked brighter and my skin looked clearer. I still can’t believe how quickly I noticed these changes. 🥹

This is going to be a bit long, but I hope you’ll read it — especially my fellow women entering this beautiful chapter of life. 🩵 #goldenera #goldengirl

I’m not sharing this to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t do. Every woman’s body, experience, and decision is different. 🌸

I’m simply sharing mine because, at 50, I’ve learned that sometimes the most important thing we can do is pause and listen to what our bodies have been trying to tell us. 🤓

I’m so grateful to God for guiding @docyappy’s hands, though alam ko na napakagaling nya. 🙌🏼 I wasn’t scared going into the procedure. In fact, I was excited because I knew I was in good hands, and because after 11 years, I was finally ready to have my implants out.

Thank you, @docyappy and your wonderful team, for taking such good care of me. 🫡
And much love to my amazing Papa and my daughter for being there for me and helping me through these first few days. I love you both so much. 🩵

I asked Doc Yappy two days after the explant if I could at least start walking on my treadmill. Syempre, he said no! 😭 Haha! I guess I just have to be patient. Nami-miss ko na talaga kumilos!

And that’s something I’ve come to appreciate even more
