What if you don't have access to a gym?

Does that mean you can't train?

Absolutely not.

Your body can be your equipment.

Push-ups.

You can train at home, in a park, while travelling, or wherever you have enough safe space to move.

The gym is a tool — not the requirement.

What matters is learning how to train safely, progressing appropriately, recovering well, and staying consistent.
