Tortus Bergamo Workshop // the HIGHLIGHTS 🇮🇹✨
(it was nothing but highlights so we already know this will be posted in multiple parts)

So many things to share about this workshop, so i’ll start with expressing my gratitude to everyone involved, making these 10 days in Italy an unforgettable experience🇮🇹

Thank you Eric @tortus, for sharing your passion and mastery of clay with us, for all the demos, questions answered, guidance, sharing your glazes and nuggets of wisdom - watching you throw in real life has been inspiring to say the least! 🫶🏼🏺

Thank you Omar and Paola (and Giulio) @omardabaan @giulietta.studio, for welcoming us in your beautiful space, looking out for anything we might need and especially filling our bellies with the most delicious, fresh, farm-to-table food - i miss the sourdough already 🥲🤍 @daterracotta

Thank you Giorgio @pigio.ceramics, for always helping and your work behind the scenes, doing all the reclaim for us, putting on the best playlists, and ofcourse, the emotional support! Oh and saving the vase i wanted to reclaim that turned out a cutie 🥹💙

And last but not least, thank you to my fellow passionate potters, it was an absolute pleasure getting to know all of you through our shared love of this craft - we laughed, we sometimes cried, we learned from each other, we ate sooo much, and we most definitely had a lot of fun☺️❤️

Here’s to our long and arthritis-free ceramic journeys, may we cross paths again! 🏺✨🇮🇹🍕
