Posting on here has really been on the back burner for me, but I thought it was time for an update (that no one asked for 🥲). Things have weighed a little heavy for me recently, but looking back at how amazing summer has been… I think this reel is more for me than you 😅

So here’s a big fat highlight reel of my working life from May to now (yes, it’s been THAT long since I posted a proper update 🫣).

From working with @overintherover for @bluetitsbirthdayparty, to hitting @cerealseventuk and getting to work with the brilliant @tees.law team - the summer went off with a bang! Then there was @meatupfestival in August, which was just the most epic festival to be a part of with some of the coolest people I’ve ever met 🥩 Finishing up with a brilliant night at the @britishfarmingawards this week alongside my favourite Winnie 🥂

Throw in content days with clients all over the country, days (and weeks!) on the laptop creating content, and my job as a sheep farmer on our family farm… that about sums up where my time has gone! ✨

It’s been a summer of some pretty insane opportunities through @shesellssocials.ltd, alongside life as a family with my husband, our two young boys and farming with my amazing parents 🫶🏻

☺️ Feeling very lucky to be in the position I am, even on the days when things feel a little heavier than they should. I get to meet and work with brilliant people in the industry I love whilst still being a part of the farm I’ve grown up on. I owe @shesellssocials.ltd so much for putting me here 🐚

So here’s to many more adventures, more brilliant people and a whole lot more of the good stuff ✌🏻

More than 11 events, two media preview days, three front-page pieces across @thetimes and @telegraph, a few heatwaves and more steps than we could count!

Between content days, influencer gifting and product seeding, it’s been a busy summer supporting our brilliant clients and welcoming new ones, with plenty of opportunities to catch up with familiar faces and make new connections along the way.

Swipe for a few highlights 📸 and read more about our work in the blogs and case studies linked in our bio.

Exciting times! Moa colleagues Tom and Harry (we currently have no Dick but we are recruiting - see our website for details) were today out at Heath Farm in Lincolnshire, host of @cerealseventuk 2027, helping plant our demo trial plots with wheat and weed seeds. We will then be spraying with two of our novel mode of action post emergent herbicides early next year. We can’t wait!

It’s still very warm at the end of September and crops are coming up quickly. ☀️🌾

Aphid pressure will be severe with crops emerging during migration and reproduction. 🪲

If possible, delay drilling and/or drill slow developing varieties first to limit impact. 🚜

Look how deep they go 👀🌱

A look back at the Cotswold Seeds herbal leys showing off their magic in the @niab_uk Soil Hole at Cereals 2026 🌾.

Seeing a healthy herbal ley above ground is stunning, but being able to see the roots like this really shows what makes them so beneficial for the soil 🪱.

Could you spot your farm on a map with only a soil scape to go by?!

During our summer season of shows, we invited visitors to our stand to do exactly that on our interactive soilscape board. The goal? To build a snapshot of the UK’s biggest soil health challenges.

Check out the detailed key in our comments to see what your area voted as its biggest bottleneck.

What did we learn?

We and all of our visitors loved the beautiful soil scape map itself (a huge thank you to @cranfielduni for this amazing resource).
The data tells an even bigger story:
- Blue & Green everywhere: Low organic matter, sluggish soil biology and waterlogging were the standout winners (or losers!) across the country
- Mindset matters: We noticed that growers at @groundswell_agriculture pinned “Poor Soil Biology” far more often than those at @cerealseventuk . Does that show how much our focus changes based on our perspective?
- Neighbouring fields, different soils: Small variations in the landscape mean two next-door farms face very different soil challenges and can require entirely different agronomy plans.

Did you visit our stand and drop a pin? Do you recognise the soil challenges in your local area? Could you spot your farm on a map with only a soilscape to go by?!
