#ThePivotTips

Training has gotten a bad wrap because of the “social media” trainer who can set up some pretty cool obstacle courses…. And still Your student athlete can’t get past half court and nor know how to drop step! BUT THEY CAN FO SHO STEP BACK SMH and look good for a video.. I’ve yet to see any player but Kyrie use that stuff at the top level but hey 🤷🏽‍♂️.

We focus on building solid fundamentals that establish the baseline for greatness! Proud of how these two young men are building and growing!!

The simple is Great! And it’s time to start reinforcing that with our Student Athletes!!

Why you be in the gym all day!? ⬆️⬆️
[Parents Read Below]

No validating or sugar coating over here!!
It’s bigger than a workout, it’s bigger than hoops, it’s about creating spaces for people to realistically believe and work themselves into the person they want to be. AND GIVING KIDS CONTEXT OF POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES TO HELP THEM MAKE THAT CHOICE; NOT JUST YELLING AT THEM LIKE THEY KNOW ALREADY.

This is how we support each other in #ThePivotGang

From grade school to retirement it’s a community of impact, connecting and accountability!

Parents share with your kids if they don’t have a real idea of the work they need to put in to get where they need to go!
