Happy Father’s Day to our favorite hoooman. Thanks for being our chauffeur, giving us food scraps when Mom says no, poop picker-upper, professional belly rubber and making sure we’re included in every adventure. We hit the jackpot with you. -Charlie & Ollie 🐶🐶

Thank you @fleetfeetnashville for giving me opportunities to go and be great! Also meeting amazing people at the race events.

Theres people you chit chat with before, during or after races and probably don’t remember their names or faces, but if you’ve met @ultrafine.running , @cesar_virto , @jrutschilling12 or Eric you’ll definitely remember them. Such amazing people and very inspiring in and out of running.

St Paddys half got a chance to push myself after a literal sick performance at ATL marathon and taking a week off of any type of activity. A personal best was all i wanted and was able to sneak a sub 1:30. Also thanks to @henrydiep pacing me for the first mile and mile 7.

Cedars 15k goal was to finish under 1:05 and snuck right under with a 1:04:58 also top 10 overall. I knew it was going to be tough after doing 2 mile warm up with @ultrafine.running and my body was already getting warm. As you can see i was the only one sweating a couple minutes before the start 😂

On that note the boys are looking good for Rock N Roll Nashville. I have a lot to prove to myself but the goal is definitely 3:15-3:20 same goal as ATL Marathon. Lets Rock N Roll April 25th 😈

If the plan fails. Change the plan but never the goal. ⚡️

Today my dude Charlie turns 9. 🎉

I was never a dog person, but he stayed with me through one of the darkest seasons of my life. I was dealing with suicidal thoughts, and I remember even thinking, man if I ever died who’s going to take care of this barky ass dog. Nobody!

That thought stuck with me.

I know Charlie can be a lot sometimes. Loud, annoying, nonstop barking. And I get why that can rub people the wrong way. But I see him. And honestly, I see myself in that too. Sometimes I can be a little too much for people as well. Charlie and I take a while to warm up to people.

Anywho I took today off to be with him, Ollie, and my wife. Coffee, dog store, dog park… the whole thing.

Happy 9th birthday, buddy. 🐾

Happy Father’s Day to the guy who picks up our poop, shares his snacks, and lets us hog the bed. We trained him well. 💩 ❤️ 😂

Wonderful news! Our winter warriors (aka #teamtrevecca 💜) have safely opened shop and main roads look completely clear. We’ll stay open until our normal hours at 3pm if conditions remain clear. Come by if you safely can and enjoy breakfast, coffee and the last few days of our holiday seasonal menu! ☕️❄️
