César’s turn. Team Steep makes its case 🫖
1. Bag in the cup, 210–230ml of hot water (92°C)
2. Gentle stir for 15 seconds
3. Steep 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it
No pouring in stages. No balancing anything on the rim. Just La Bomba Filter, done properly, wherever you are.
@santi_moncada96 , your move 👀

Drip bag coffee vs steep bag coffee: Santi says drip, César says steep. Nobody’s backing down. 🔌
Pick a side before we settle it: comment DRIP or STEEP 👇
Specialty coffee from Sydney, no machine needed. Round 2 drops soon.

Just an owner talking to the person behind the machine.

That’s how César shows up to every café we supply — because after over ten years roasting specialty coffee in Sydney, we know the difference between selling coffee and actually knowing the business you’re selling it to.

Every café has its own rhythm. Its own regulars, its own rush hour, its own way of pulling a shot. Together, we learn to play along.

That’s what owner to owner really means. ☕🎵

Every great band knows it’s not the setlist, it’s the chemistry.
Same goes for wholesale. César spends his days on the road, café to café, listening to what each owner actually needs.
No middlemen, no scripts — just two owners talking shop.
Owner to owner. That’s what matters.

Café owners — what do you actually want from your roaster? 👇

Owner to Owner 🚐🤘
César tours Sydney’s cafés the way he tours with his metal band. Same road, different stage. Every stop is a relationship. This is Owner to Owner.

Markets are more than a place to shop.

They’re where neighbours become friends, stories are shared, local businesses thrive, and community comes together.

We’re grateful to be part of that rhythm every week, serving specialty coffee and connecting with familiar faces and new ones alike.

Thanks for making these market mornings so special. ☕
