This 𝙲𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚟𝚎 & 𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙿𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚘 𝚆𝚊𝚕𝚔 started at 𝚆𝚒𝚕𝚋𝚞𝚛𝚝𝚘𝚗 𝙷𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚔 and took us through the beautiful trails into 𝙱𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚟𝚞𝚎 𝙱𝚘𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚌𝚊𝚕 𝙶𝚊𝚛𝚍𝚎𝚗 — bringing so much 𝙹𝚘𝚢 ✧ 𝙼𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝 ✧ 𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 along the way 📸 🌿

We didn’t just 𝚆𝚊𝚕𝚔 and take care of our 𝙷𝚎𝚊𝚕𝚝𝚑; we also explored the 𝚃𝚎𝚌𝚑𝚗𝚒𝚌𝚊𝚕 𝚂𝚒𝚍𝚎 of 𝙿𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚘𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚙𝚑𝚢 📸

Together, we tackled miles & collected 1️⃣6️⃣ trash bags along 156th Ave NE to give back to the neighborhood we love! Caring for our local streets & community is at the heart of what BelRed Run/Walk Club is all about 🫂

People who say running is a solo sport never heard of run club 🥹

Happy global running day the sport that quite literally saved me, helped me get through grief in some of my darkest times, and achieve things I never knew was possible.

Thank you to @belredrunclub & @seattlemarathon ambassadors for supporting me and showing me that the sky is the limit. And never thinking I’m crazy to willingly run 5 hours straight.

Also, shoutout the best distance runner to ever do it, my Dad!
