Pilates & Pages | Autumn Edition 🍂📚

What a lovely Sunday morning at CF44!

Our Autumn Edition of Pilates & Pages brought together Pilates, books, autumnal treats and some of our favourite local businesses.

From our Pilates session with Coach Shauna to book swaps, quizzes and a little autumn shopping with Good Girl Books and Williams Wicks Candles, it was such a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning. 🤎

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to The Temple Bar for providing our autumnal grazing boards!

We’re already looking forward to the next one!

First of all, THANK YOU! 😭

You have COMPLETELY sold me out of everything I brought with me today, and then some!

(Cue a rather large raw stock order!) 🥹🤎

I am so, so glad I got to showcase everything I have worked so hard to create over the last few months. Being able to let you all smell the candles in person, see your reactions, and chat with you about them was just incredible. 🤍

Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, THANK YOU for helping me honour my boy today. 🤍

It feels so surreal that we lost William 11 years ago today. Somehow, it feels like both yesterday and a lifetime ago, all at once.

To have spent this morning doing something I love, sharing something I have poured so much of my heart into, and feeling so much support from the people around me has meant more than I could ever put into words. 🥹🤎

A massive thank you to @cf44_gym, @blend44_ and @goodgirlbooksuk for putting on such a beautiful event. It was exactly the distraction my mind needed this morning, and I am so grateful to have been a part of it.

(Count us in for the next one!) 🙏🏻🤍

I have so much love for you all, and I am completely blown away by today’s turnout and the support you have shown William Wicks.

It’s never too early to build a strong foundation! 🙌

Our CF44 Kids class is all about moving, learning and having fun through engaging games, challenges and activities designed to help children develop:
💪 Strength & movement skills 🤸 Coordination & body control 🧠 Cognitive skills & problem solving ⚡ Confidence & teamwork ❤️ A love for being active

Most importantly, we want every child to have fun, make friends and enjoy moving in a positive environment where they can learn new skills and challenge themselves.

📅 Every Tuesday ⏰ 4:00–5:00pm 👧🧒 Ages 5–9
