Was this the best one yet? 😭

Over 80 of yous showed up at the weekend. Slapped the tarmac, brought the energy & done it all with a smile. ❤️

To welcome you all into what is my 2nd home, CFT — the home of Club Massive, is a real honour.

Thank you. Whether this was your 5th event with me or your very first, I appreciate every single one of you for showing up and being part of it.

Everyone is welcome at The Club to work out, build confidence & fun.

Big love,

Looking for a Summer Festival with some fitness? ☀️

Well we’ll be sending (video) postcards from Malta...

“Dear Gym Friends,

Malta is lovely. The weather’s class, the workouts are spicy and we’ve already found the cocktails. Shame you’re not here… you’ll have to come in 2027. 👀”

Send this postcard to the mate who should be joining you.

Get the idea out of the group chat and BOOK THAT TEAM.
