Candy and Trash’s Wedding

2 hours Workshop - Lunathica 2026

Trash and Candy pop up from a trash can and announce that they are going to marry. Unfortunately Trash has lost their ring in Away… They have a very busy day of massage and relaxation so they ask the children if they can take the responsibility of finding it. In the world of the Trash, their imaginations are sparked by the Artist sleeping on their masterpiece: the landfill. The children create micromoms with the Microplastics, and the Queen of the Trash tells the story of her birth.

PREMIERE! ❤️‍🔥

34 forestillinger forude. GPS’en er sat. Jeg er klar!

Men først, TAK TIL:

Produktionsleder: @frrederikke
Instruktør: @kamilbach
Komponist: @dinesen.thomas
Scenograf: @rebekkabentzen
Bilbygger: @folkes.garage
Lysdesign: @maltehauge
Manuskonsulent: @josephineeusebius
Sufflør: @laura_fog og @cfaurby
Regissør: @lehnertpernille
Grafisk design: @andersisnotdifferent
Kostume: @dianusaurus
Jingle: @maiskjodt
Skuespillerne: @senor_reuber @wilmawalther79 @morten_kamuk_andersen Mikkel Becker Hilgart

Og heeeeele buketten af anemoner på @anemonenscenekunsthus

Efter store mængder drømmekage (shout out til Oldefar!) kørte jeg til Hellerup for kaste sten i vandet med mine to største fans.

En drøm.

THROW BACK TO "One Way Ticket To Away" performed by da Trash Club in @lab_1_eindhoven during the night02 of MELTED 25.

Here for you a special extract from the script... Enjoy ✨

"TRASH.
BLAAAACHHHHHHH. I am here to take you away! What are you?

CANDY.
My name is Candy.

TRASH.
You smell sweet. Fresh garbage, are you?

CANDY.
Um, yes, I just got thrown away. And, who are you?

TRASH.
I’m TraASSHHHHH.

CANDY.
Trash? But, aren’t we all? Isn’t everyone here trash?

TRASH.
No.
You are a PIECE of trash.
I AM Trash
When thrown-away things stop being distinct objects,
They lose their form and merge into filthy, useless, TRASH.
They become ME!"

Here an extract of the script especially for you, enjoy !
"CANDY.
MOM?

MICROMOM 1.
Candy?

CANDY.
Mom!

MICROMOM 1.
You look so sweet.

CANDY.
I can’t believe it’s you!

MICROMOM 1.
You look so sweet.

CANDY.
Why are you repeating the same thing over and over?

MICROMOM 1.
You look so sweet.

CANDY.
Why is she doing that!

SEAGULL.
It’s not your mom, it’s your micro mom. Plastics break into a million pieces. They’re everywhere. Just keep swimming.

MICROMOM 2.
Candy my dear. I’ve heard you’ve been looking for us. We were always all around.

CANDY.
I knew it! It’s so good to see you, or part of you at least!

MICROMOM 2.
Candy my dear. I’ve heard you’ve been looking for-"

The Trashifesto⭐️⭐️: Will She Sink or Swim?

Candy has been banished in the depths of Away, the Land of Trash. She finds herself in front of the three timeless entities: The Sea🌊, The Landfill🏔️ and The Mountain of Ash🌋.
She has to choose one of them to unlock the and search for her long lost Mom Wrapper.
Will she find her between microplastics and fishes in the deep of the oceans?🐠🪼🐙🍬
