Our annual olive family harvest! 🫒 👨🏽‍🌾 👩‍🌾

It’s important for kids to understand where their food comes from—and just as important for us adults to understand where and how our food is sourced.

A little olive harvest today, olive oil tomorrow. Teaching them to appreciate the land, the work, and the process behind what ends up on our table. 🌿

Thumbs up all around 👍🏻

Our first Casa Cervantes experience at Darwin Ranch. 🐎🏔️🍷

A few days completely off-grid, surrounded by millions of acres of wilderness. Riding mustangs into the mountains, fly fishing the Gros Ventre, long lunches in the middle of nowhere, ranch-to-table dinners paired with Cervantes wines, mezcal, Negronis, cigars, sunsets and more than a few laughs.

But the best part had nothing to do with where we went or what we did.

It was watching clients, friends and family become one big family. Out there, there are no frontiers, no races, no political agendas—just people helping each other, sharing a table, telling stories and actually connecting.

Sometimes you have to disconnect to remember how to connect.

Thank you Ollie, Kathy and the entire Darwin Ranch team for opening your home to us and reminding us to slow down and appreciate the simple things.

Casa Cervantes will return to Darwin Ranch next year. We’ll be keeping the group small, so if you’d like to join us for the next experience, send me a DM to reserve your spot.

The road goes on forever, and the party never ends. 🤠

Had the pleasure of cooking alongside Valentin @chefsale__ for two weeks at the ranch. 🤠🔥

We sourced our ingredients from local farmers and friends, cooked for family and friends, opened plenty of our family’s wines, and simply enjoyed being around the table breaking 🥖🍷🍤🥩🥬

There was something really special about slowing down, cooking outside with what was around us, and sharing it with people we love.

Even more rewarding was spending time with such a talented young chef—full of life, curiosity, and passion for his craft.

It makes me excited to see what the next generation of people in wine, food, and hospitality will bring to the table. The future is bright! 🙏🏻

Salud! 🍷
