still trying to process this weekend… my FIRST bodybuilding show and I somehow won every class and walked away with the overall 🥹

This one means so much to me because this wasn’t my first attempt at getting on that stage. My first prep didn’t end with me competing, and honestly, that was hard to accept. I had put so much into it and still didn’t get my moment on stage.

Coming back for another try, I knew I had to do things differently. There were definitely days where prep sucked, days I questioned myself, and days where I was just ready for it to be over lol. The early morning cardio, weighing and prepping all my food, missing out on going out to eat with my people, and making sacrifices when I really didn’t feel like it all added up. But I kept showing up, even on the days I didn’t want to.

Gabbie, thank you for sticking with me through all of it. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me, and helping me get to a point where I could actually step on that stage and feel confident in what I brought. I’m so grateful I got to have you as my coach for this journey. 🤍

And to my friends and family, thank you for putting up with me throughout prep, listening to me talk about this all 24/7, hyping me up, checking on me, and being there through all of it. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without you guys.

I came into my first show just wanting to finally say I did it…

and left as an OVERALL BIKINI CHAMPION

I won every single class I entered. 4 first places. 1 overall.

I really did it🥹

I genuinely don’t even know how to put today into words.

Alyssa was supposed to step on stage last year. Life happened. A LOT happened. Her body wasn’t ready, and as much as we both wanted it, I wasn’t willing to force her onto a stage just to say we did it.

So we waited. We got her health right. Got her hormones right. Let her body breathe. And when we started prep again this year… everything was different.

Honestly, we were ready like 3 weeks ago 😂

And today, on her FIRST EVER SHOW:

Like???? She literally swept the fucking show 😭

I knew what we were bringing. I knew she looked GOOD. But watching them keep calling her number today was insane.

And knowing everything it took to finally get her here made it that much sweeter.

God’s timing really is everything. What felt like such a disappointment last year makes so much sense now.

I’m so thankful He gave her the strength to keep showing up, and I’m so thankful He trusted me to guide her through this.

The judges gave us amazing feedback. We know exactly what we want to improve. And yes… we already know what’s next.

But y’all don’t get to know that yet 😂

Tonight we celebrate.

I’m so fucking proud of you, Alyssa. You waited for your moment and then absolutely fucking TOOK IT. 🏆

6 months of early mornings, long days, exhaustion, sacrifice, and pushing through every single thing that was thrown your way. You went through hell and somehow kept showing up, kept fighting, and kept pushing until you made it to the finish line.

today i got to watch you graduate and officially become a city of miami firefighter.🚒

henry, I am so beyond proud of you. I’ve watched you work so hard for this every single day, and seeing you finally reach this moment makes my heart so happy. I know this is only the beginning of everything you’re going to accomplish.

Nobody prepares you for the day you get to watch your little brother accomplish some of his biggest goals.

Because no matter how grown he is, sometimes I look at him and I still just see my baby brother. 🥹

And then I have moments like this where I realize… wow. That little boy is a whole man now.

I watched my brother go through HELL to get here. Long days. Early nights because he had to wake up and do it all over again. Days where, from the outside looking in, it genuinely sounded like they were fighting for their lives 😂 This process was not for the weak.

And I got to watch him keep showing up anyway.

I got to watch him grow, push himself, become more disciplined, and step into this version of himself that I am just so unbelievably proud of.

The ceremony ended up getting rained out, so we didn’t get the full graduation moment we were expecting. But I got to watch my brother walk across that stage and receive his badge.

And I don’t think I’ll ever forget that.

There are certain moments as an older sister where you just sit there and think, God… thank You for letting me witness this.

I’m so proud of the man you’re becoming. I’m proud of everything it took for you to get here, especially the parts nobody else saw.

And somehow I know this is only the beginning for you.

The best is still ahead.

I love you forever, baby brother. 🤍

God is so good.

P.S. I unfortunately missed my adopted brother Cam’s graduation while I was traveling back from Vegas, and I hate that I couldn’t be there to celebrate that moment with him too. But Cam, please know I am SO proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. Watching both of my brothers step into these new chapters of their lives has been such a blessing. I love you and I’m so proud of you both. 🤍

this one just makes me really happy🥹🥹

I’ve probably looked at these pictures 20 times today.

Not because I’m impressed by the weight loss (although… 50 pounds in about three months is pretty wild 😂)

It’s because I’ve known Cam since we were kids 🥹

I’ve gotten to watch him grow up, become a firefighter, and now watch him become the man he’s always had the potential to be

And that’s honestly really cool to witness 🙏🏻

When he reached out to me a few months ago he wasn’t asking for some crazy transformation.

He just wanted to feel good again.

He wanted more energy, to feel stronger and to look in the mirror and recognize himself again.

So that’s what we focused on. Not perfection. Not suffering.

Just building habits that actually fit his life.

We cleaned up his nutrition, got him following a training program that made sense, paid attention to his recovery, looked at what was going on with his health and hormones, and just… stayed consistent.

Nothing about this has been flashy.

It’s been boring, honestly. But boring works!

Now we’re in a completely different phase. We’re not chasing the scale anymore.

We’re building muscle, keeping him healthy and making sure his body can keep up with the career he’s chosen.

That’s the fun part.

And selfishly… getting to coach someone you’ve known for most of your life is pretty special.

As a City of Miami firefighter, it’s an incredible privilege to document the history of our department through my lens. To stand behind the scenes before graduation — watching the final uniform adjustments, the quiet moments, the deep breaths, the pep talks from instructors who’ve poured everything into these recruits — it’s something special.

The nerves are real. The pride is real. The brotherhood is real.

Grateful to capture these moments before they walk across that stage and earn the title we all worked so hard for: Firefighter. 🔥📸

After six months of relentless work, sacrifice, and dedication, I’m proud to officially say I am a City of Miami Firefighter. I’m incredibly grateful to my friends, my instructors, and most importantly my family for their support in making this possible.

Being proud is an understatement. Watching my little brother grow up into the incredible man he is today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. 🥹His EMT graduation is just the latest in a long list of accomplishments, and I couldn’t be happier for him.

As a big sister, all I’ve ever wanted is to see him succeed, and he’s exceeded every expectation. Nobody prepares you for the moment your little brother becomes a successful man, but here we are, and my heart is so full. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for him this is just the beginning. 🚑✨

And I can’t forget to shine a light on my amazing adopted (not actually) broski, Cam. Watching him grow into the man he is today has been nothing short of inspiring. It’s been incredible to see him step into his greatness and chase his dreams. You’ve come so far Cam and I can’t wait to see what’s next for you!
