To remember.. great photos takes effort!

“Hire the photographer.. they will do the rest”

Unfortunately that’s untrue!

I’d like to say it’s step one.

Next on the list to having a great shoot.. a theme or idea.. a vibe ~ a vision ~ outfits are next, location is huge!!!!, what time / what lighting, then next to think about is props, lastly getting ready (booking hair and makeup can elevate your shoot so much).

That’s what truly makes a great family portrait.

The thought that counts.

It’s what makes it y o u r s… forever.

I bring the sauce but you have to bring the heat!

sidenote: just be your authentic selves & let me capture that 💌

Going over the Stratton Way with the Stratton Team!⭐️

We are always continuing to educate ourselves in every way. Today we all got to conduct a walk-through to perfect the Stratton Way of doing things. 💯

It’s always the best time being together as a team! 💙

No cracks.
No obvious damage.

Look At The Water Line!👀
It’s not level.

That means one thing—
Movement!!!

This great catch was caught by Chad Elsberry, one of our incredible inspectors, during an inspection today.

Attention to detail, situational awareness, and knowing when something just isn’t right — this is the standard we expect from every inspector on our team.

I’m proud of the inspectors we have and the level of care they bring. #strattoninspections #arizonarealestate #strattoninspectionservices #arizonahomeinspections #showerdrain
