Though the early to mid-season was a little rainy in BC’s Coast Mountains, healthier snowpacks settled in eventually. April is the sweet spot here, with bluebird skies and creamy snow.

What does it take to survive a lifetime of skiing for the camera? 
At 47, Chad Sayers is still charging big mountain lines with a smoothness most skiers never reach — even as his body carries the scars of crashes, broken bones, and decades of impact. From Freeride World Tour podiums to near-fatal injuries and globe-trotting film projects, his career has been built on grit, faith, and a deep love for “soul skiing.”
