No, I don’t have a problem. I have a system. 👟
As a sports recovery therapist, S&C coach, and sports massage therapist — I can confirm that every single pair of shoes in my collection serves a purpose. Some serve the purpose of biomechanical efficiency. Some serve the purpose of looking fresh at the farmer’s market.
Both are valid.
Drop a 👟 if you want me to break down exactly which type of shoe YOU should be training in based on your goals.
