Making its Arizona Premiere at HorrOrigins is EYE OF THE BEHOLDER.

Trapped in the only safe haven remaining in a ravaged world, a contrite and reticent husband struggles with his own humanity while tending to his ailing wife shackled to his bed as he confronts his monstrous legacy at the center of a zombie apocalypse.

Writer: Chad Ayinde
Director: Ethan Leisie
Producers: Chad Ayinde, Nicole Jackson
Cast: Amol Ramani, Madison Champine

Where Horror Is Born is more than a line on a poster; we at HorrOrigins are building an intimate festival where the people who make the films actually have a chance to meet the people who make the films -- where filmmakers meet filmmakers, audiences discover new voices, conversations begin, and the next great genre project might find its first connection.

Our mission is to present a curation of the very best independent genre films and stories, connect people with creators, and bring insight into the film industry through special guests.

Two incredible festivals - One unbeatable week. Don’t miss HorrOrigins and Legendary, Sep 23-28, at Galaxy Theatres in Tucson, Arizona.

OFFICIAL TRAILER

EYE OF THE BEHOLDER

Elena awakens in a strange mask, only to discover she's being held captive by a man wearing VR goggles. But when the goggles come off, truth is revealed to be in The Eye Of The Beholder.

----

Extremely proud to share this project with you all. It took a lot of work to get here. It's crazy to think we shot Eye Of The Beholder almost 2 years ago. If you know me, you know I've been keeping this thing quiet until the right time to reveal it. Now that EOTB has won a few Awards it's finally time.

We're still on the festival circuit, hoping to add a few more laurels to this thing before the year is out. We're still waiting to hear back from some LA festivals, but I'll be announcing where you can see it when the time comes.

This project was truly a team effort and I could have never made it without our amazing cast & crew. Especially our Writer and Producer @chadayinde . I can't thank you enough for asking me to direct his and trusting me with your vision. This is just the beginning of what we are going to build together.

Incredibly honored to be recognized this past weekend by our brothers and sisters in the veteran community at the Military and Veteran Entertainment Awards. For our short film Eye Of The Beholder.

A special thank you to Joe N' Cyndi Ramirez and their amazing team for putting on this event and changing the way industry sees Veterans in filmmaking.

Thank you to our Writer and Producer @chadayinde for trusting me with this project. I can confidently say this is the best thing I've directed so far and I never could've done it without you.

A special thank you to the amazing team that came together to bring this project to life. Many of our team are Veterans, and I'm proud to say we came together and accomplished the mission. @uyen0910_ @tinngaichan @amolramani @sharmisadford @lovely.ayi @amoratog @sigmaloofilm @madisonjchampine @luis_musicman

You keep telling yourself you’ll show up…
When the script is perfect.
When you raise the money.
When life slows down.

Friend, we don’t have that kind of time.

The industry is changing NOW.
We need your stories NOW.
Opportunities are here NOW.

But they keep passing you by
while you sleep on your own gifts.

These filmmakers?
They’re ready for whatever comes.

And they have two things in common:

1️⃣ They won awards and built film careers.

2️⃣ They came through WordSmith Studios

With me as their mentor 🫶🏾

I ain’t bragging. But it IS a flex 💪🏾
Cuz what you want IS possible.

By the end of this summer,
you can either make your movie…
or make more excuses.

The choice is yours.
But I know which one gets you closer
To the life you say you want.

I’m looking for 10 storytellers ready to make movies and money moves.

Lock in. Let’s GO.

Congratulations on @wbpictures first Employee Disability Film Showcase in collaboration with @diversability !

Screening “CONTOURS” as a crew member with friends and acquaintances in the entertainment industry was epic!

There’s much room for growth and I look forward to the advancement and learned development as more showcases come together. With hundreds in attendance, I would say it was a hit!

Excited for more collaboration and opportunities to come 🥂
