@johniadler singing @chadbrauze praise - I had no idea Chad had a degree in mathematics 🤯 And missing here also huge shoutout he made to @juanjose.cuevassoto

John also went on a rant about how insanely talented chef @juanjose.cuevassoto is... "Juan is an exceptionally technical but completely unpretentious, a true "cook's cook" who was always curious and learning"... says young cooks should seek him out to go learn from him

Juan, I'll try and pull that clip too!

This one was a long time coming. Introducing my favorite new @sweetgreen salad, the Chicken Sesame Crunch. Our take of the west coast classic Chinese chicken salad made with a sweet citrusy sesame dressing (seed oil free, refined sugar free) and maple sesame crunch (no refined sugar), almonds, Napa cabbage slaw, chicken, carrots, cabbage. Originally created by the legendary Madame Wu, and popularized by other icons like Wolfgang Puck, proud and excited to brings these flavors to our menu with our ethos.

Les Jams in LA, Part 2! Reminiscing about our fantastic Jams holidays in LA…
Hand-carried an award-winning pâté en croûte from @danielboulud’s chef charcutier, @arthur_dehaine (30 slices) straight on the flight!

✅ Checked off our traditional @thehfm farmers’ market haul, then dove into BBQ heaven with the brilliant pit master @adamperrylang, a Daniel Boulud alum I’ve known forever. People line up for hours for his slow-smoked meats, and we were welcomed with open arms into a feast bursting with flavor.

Cooking family favorites at home, plus another one of our LA traditions: breakfasts at @republiquerestaurantla.

Special highlight discovering new chic and exquisite restaurant Monsieur Dior by @dominiquecrenn 🫶. We then ended our adventure with a super fun lunch: hibachi at home with the family — full bellies, laughter, and best of all, time together ❤️
