A 🥗 salad at @slimchickens ? Most people come here for the 🍗 chicken tenders or wings and I certainly do not blame them! I decided to try Slim’s Salad. Fresh greens 🥬 topped with grilled tenders (yes you read that right), nice chopped 🍅 tomatoes, 🥒 cucumbers, 🥕 carrots, & fried 🧅 onions. For my “dressing”, I opted for some Slim Sauce on the side. The salad with typically come with cheese and croutons; but I ordered it without them. The Slim Sauce had a touch of sweetness to it. That being said, it paired well with multiple salad ingredients; not just the chicken. The detail to which they chopped the tomatoes was wonderful! I do not like tomatoes on traditional slices; they are too big and overpower everything else. All the ingredients were fresh and overall, for $10.99, a solid option for sure! Closing out 2025 feeling proud, grateful, and energized. 🍨✨ This year wasn’t an easy one for anyone. Inflation, rising costs, and uncertainty tested a lot of businesses — and I want to start by recognizing our franchisees and store teams who battled through it every single day and still found a way to perform, grow, and show up for their communities. Despite the headwinds, Chill-N finished 2025 with: • positive same-store sales growth • higher traffic year over year • new store openings and development deals • major tech upgrades that make our stores faster and more consistent • a nationwide Pint Club bringing Chill-N to fans across the country We’re a very small corporate office, and none of this happens without the incredible support of our vendors, partners, and our corporate team who consistently punch above their weight. Last week was an emotional one, as I completed my FIRST YEAR CANCER FREE!!!!! I have so much gratitude and appreciation for all the people that have always been by my side, in good times and in not so great times (you know who you are). All the special ones that have loved me and supported me, with or without all my hair and eyebrows, pale, swollen, weak, scared, physically and emotionally tired - thank you for making such a positive impact in my process. On August 16th, 2024 I got to ring the bell 🔔🎀 and celebrated being NED (no evidence of disease). More treatment, surgery and recovery continued for 8 months afterwards, with side effects plus trauma that are always present. I still cannot believe that this happened. I am blessed, I am grateful, I am healing, I am strong, I am healthy. Happy first Cancerversary to me🙏🏻✨ #breastcancersurvivors #cancerfree #breastcancerawarness
