**NEW VIDEO**🚨 📽 #MomentsofMovement #MOMthursday #Moment153 is the oh so fluid @chadley.tan @joelfamadico @bibz_g7 @abelwh Toronto's 🇨🇦 @houseofsole.to . i had alot of fun on this #moment I don't remember the last time I filmmed 📹more than 2 dancers so and it was a fun challenge to break up the song🎶 for each of them to shine💡. It really helped to showcase each one of their personal styles🕶 but showcasing them unified with how well they move together. This moment ⏳️was also a first take, it was magic✨️. It was also nice to have this location🧱 @evergreen_brick_works to play with. You would never have known they threw a Battle🕺💃 in that space right after this take. I can say we all were thrilled to throw👟 down on this @__johnprosper 🎛song🎵 "60 Seconds" 🔊. shout out to 🇵🇭 @padyakpinasmovement and @official.house2house where where we met House of Sole through the homie🤝 @raoulwilke . I havent done many crew videos but this one came out amazing🔥. The guys move so well together without any direction. As always thanks to my💍 producer/partner in all things @yencaballero . Did you feel this moment? Let me know what you think💭 in the comments below⬇️.

Well. After some very (very, very) difficult times, a lot of grief and the hardest years of my life, I rubbed about 4 brain cells together and had the best summer ever. Right on time.

It started at the Wiggle Room and didn't really stop.

Multiple birthday surprises that broke the resistance I have around celebrating it. Cheers to the laughs, the music, the late nights and the cyphers. The transference of knowledge. The messages and future spells in my bday jar. For the play, the dreaming and the inspiration ✨️Thank you for posing for photos on a crappy disposable camera when I ran out of phone storage. 20 slides and some tags cannot capture everything that was beautiful (like my besties growing their families and raising their littles and riding with no hands iykyk), but you get me?

As an oft solitary person, learning what it means to be in community again, allowing myself to enjoy this, caring enough to sustain it, and now working on how to give back in my deep gratitude.

Got happier. Got hotter. I wore my heart on my sleeve and fell (back) in love, with dance.... working on what to do with that now 🫠. Allowing myself to want deeply for the now. I kind of dreaded autumn coming, but I know now summer's essence, beauty and chaos is meant to and will carry on to the seasons ahead.

Last week I was invited to be a panelist by @charcarbone as part of the "is it 10's" programming.
A well needed START to a very important and overdue conversation.
.
Though my fellow co-panelists and I specialise in different genres and live different lives...our scenes share quite a few similarities and I can't wait for the conversation to continue so we can deep dive into the nitty-gritty of things and rip some more bandaids off in effort to truly have some more positive results and possibly solutions to issues that the dance scenes share, while giving thanks for the good that do exist right now.
.
@charcarbone - thank you for pulling this together and inviting me to be a part of such an important convo.
@aver_ray - I could listen to you speak all day!
@kwasi.obeng MAN..... you already know 🤞🏽🇬🇭x🇯🇲
@tylerqyan and @chadley.tan . The both of you really perked my ear about your experiences in your scenes/styles and I can't wait to hear more (hopefully we get to do a part 2)
.
Shout out to @king.https rec house for hosting!
Such a beautiful multi-purpose space!
.
Shout out to everyone who came out to support and be a part of the convo.

Here’s a recap of June’s Pedestrian Sunday. To say the least, it was non-stop energy from start to finish.

Thanks to everyone that came out to vibe, dance, eat and drink! Also shout out to the DJ’s for moving the streets of Kensington!

Stay tuned for this month’s line up!
