It’s a wrap! For our second year participating in Art Anderlecht, we’re leaving the weekend with full hearts and lots of thanks to everyone who helped bring this joyful weekend to life 💛 On Saturday, we organised a walking tour during which we visited @atelier_bardaf, @werkplaats_walter and @vroom.space. A big thank you to the people who welcomed us and shared with us all the stories that make these places so special! Thank you to @komplot_brussels, @romanebeau and @chafrenay for making it all happen! And of course, thank you to everyone who joined us. See you around the neighbourhood — and until next time! 💫 This project is made possible with the support of @1070cultuur @culture.be @nbrussel_ Photos by @romanebeau and @chafrenay

At the invitation of the Komplot team, we, Romane and Charlotte are taking on the roles of curators and coordinators for the 5ᵗʰ edition of 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁. For us, taking on these roles means building on what has always made 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁 special: a way of discovering the commune differently, through its studios, independent spaces and artistic initiatives. On foot or by bike, the parcours draws a human-scale map of an ecosystem shaped by places, encounters, friendships and collaborations. For this edition, we wanted to add another layer: creating connections and weaving a narrative between the different places, projects and people that make up the parcours. We chose to look at what exists between places, between projects, between what is shown and what makes it possible for them to exist: the relationships that are woven, the resources that are shared, the spaces that are opened up, and the collaborations that bring projects into being. Because an artistic scene is not built through exhibitions alone, but also through everything that comes before, surrounds and extends them. This attention to connections runs throughout this year’s programme, where artistic practices, stories, knowledge and resources meet and circulate, from collective making to explorations of the territory. As curators and facilitators, we see our role as accompanying these circulations, connecting stories and making visible some of the relationships that run through the different places. And, above all, creating opportunities to meet, share, celebrate and spend time together. We’re very happy to be part of this edition and to celebrate with you all the people, spaces and connections that make 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁 possible. ♡

The countdown begins for the 5th edition of Art Anderlecht! We warmly invite you to 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, a three-day journey through the places, people, connections and collective energies that make Anderlecht’s art scene what it is. Since 2022, Art Anderlecht has invited you to discover Anderlecht’s artistic initiatives from a different perspective, on foot or by bike, moving between the places, encounters, friendships and collaborations that make up its artistic ecosystem. For this fifth edition, we’re looking beyond the places themselves, towards everything that happens between them: the connections that are made, the knowledge that circulates, the spaces that are shared, the collaborations that make projects possible, and the people who keep a scene alive. Our 2026 programme takes these commons as a starting point. Expect exhibitions, workshops, performances, guided tours, gatherings, parties and plenty of opportunities to wander, discover, meet and celebrate together. This year, we’ll be returning to some familiar places and discovering new ones: @atelier_bardaf @atelier_poiesis @brusselsartistrunnetwork @big_appple @gilbard.e.s @glasgow.studios @janitor.brussels @komplot_brussels @offf.centre @streetviewanderlecht @vroom.space @werkplaats_walter Brasseries Atlas 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 11 — 12 — 13 September Three days to wander a little, get lost in the side streets, discover what’s being made here and celebrate the people who make it possible. The full programme is coming soon! Graphic design by @sudestplusgird This project is made possible with the support of @1070cultuur @culture.be @nbrussel_

This was 𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝! From March 20th till April 26th, Komplot was very pleased to present the duo exhibition by Natalija Gucheva and Julia Tröscher. A week after its closing, it feels like a lovely moment to look back and thank everyone who made it possible, as well as all those who visited and engaged with the project. A heartfelt thank you to the artists, Natalija and Julia, for embracing the project and developing such thoughtful and intuitive works, both individually and collaboratively. Warm thanks to assistant curator Charlotte Frenay and head of production PC Malet, without whom the project would not have been possible. Special thanks to Emma Burel for creating the remarkable graphic elements accompanying the exhibition, including the 𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 publication. And sincere thanks to all collaborators and supporters of this exhibition: Aidan Abnet, Rachel Alvarez, Adam Baillon, Theo Bonne, Charlotte Daniëlse, Erifili Doukeli, Lorella Granvillano, Thibaud Leplat, Paul Murgat, Ines Amaia Naaraat, Johan Poezevara, Anton Ripon, Pauline Salinas Segura, Benjamin Schoones, Ivy Slater, Jan Staiger, Samuele Sartori, Regine Tröscher, Pieter Vandenhoudt, Sofie Anny Nicea Velghe, Oriana Mangala Ikomo Wanga @natalija.gucheva @juliatr.o.scher @chafrenay @shift_entity @gilbard.e.s @emmaburel @camille_vm @aiden.abnet @rachel.alv @thbonne @charlotte_danielse @lorella_granvillano @thibaud_leplat @johanpoezevara @antonwvripon @pauline_salinas_segura @bnjmnsch @janstaiger @reg.ine2612 @p.vandenhoudt @sofie.anniy.nicea @iambadgalriri__ 𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 Natalija Gucheva and Julia Tröscher Curated by Camille Van Meenen Assistant Curator Charlotte Frenay Scenography and production by PC Malet Co-produced with Gilbard Graphic Design by Emma Burel Part of the @artbrussels OFF Programme 𝙀𝙭𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 20.03-26.04.2026 📍Komplot, Place du Conseil 4 Raadsplein, 1070 Anderlecht Thur. - Sat. | 14:00 - 18:00 or by appointment This exhibition is generously supported by FWB, VGC, Commune d’Anderlecht and Gilbard. A focus on the 𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 publication, designed by Emma Burel @emmaburel. Emma carefully considered the project and the artists intentions, translating it visually for the graphic elements of the exhibition. Camille, Charlotte, Julia and Natalija gathered together on Friday, February 6th, at 14h in the afternoon. A month and a half before the opening of their exhibition 𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, they took an active moment in time to have a conversation about their process during the project. Flow through their thoughts, reflections and unfolding ideas as the conversation continues across the pages. They were in the company of Emma and PC Malet, who took care of the production and scenography of the exhibition. The beautiful publication is available at Komplot. It’s the final weekend to visit 𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩—open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 14:00–18:00. 𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 Natalija Gucheva and Julia Tröscher Curated by Camille Van Meenen Assistant Curator Charlotte Frenay Scenography and production by PC Malet Co-produced with Gilbard Graphic Design by Emma Burel Part of the @artbrussels OFF Programme 𝙀𝙭𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 20.03-26.04.2026 📍Komplot, Place du Conseil 4 Raadsplein, 1070 Anderlecht Thur. - Sat. | 14:00 - 18:00 or by appointment This exhibition is generously supported by FWB, VGC, Commune d’Anderlecht and Gilbard. Last Sunday, 19 April, we gathered for an afternoon of artist conversations on dreaming images. Bringing together Natalija Gucheva, Agata Ingarden, Minne Kersten, and Julia Tröscher, the event connected two exhibitions, tracing how each practice gives form to the invisible realms of the mind: its shifting landscapes of fear, desire, and imagination, in resonance with influential writings and auto-theoretical reflections. The first conversation brought Gucheva and Ingarden into dialogue around character-building, storytelling, and f(r)iction, moderated by assistant curator Charlotte Frenay. After a short break with coffee and cake, Kersten and Tröscher continued with a discussion on the spectral—phantasmagoria, metaphor, and elusive symbols—moderated by curator Koi Persyn. This event explored shared synergies between the exhibitions 𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 curated by Camille Van Meenen at Komplot and 𝘔𝘖𝘛𝘩𝘚 curated by Koi Persyn at the Chapel of Boondael, unfolding within celador’s third space, situated between both venues. Both 𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 and 𝘔𝘖𝘛𝘩𝘚 are part of the @artbrussels Off Programme, and are open this week from Thursday until Sunday. Make sure to go for a visit! @natalija.gucheva @agingarden @juliatr.o.scher @minnekersten @koi_persyn @chafrenay @camille_vm @celador.space Made possible with the generous support of the Polish Institute Brussels @polishinstitutebrussels
