POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Behind every great ride is the trainer who spent countless hours building the equestrian athlete.

This weekend at the SCHSA Jr/Am Horsemanship Medal Finals, held at the Flintridge Autumn Classic, our riders shone brightly in the ring, but the real magic happened at the gate. We want to take a moment to celebrate the unsung heroes of our sport—our trainers!

🙏🏻Thank you to all the SCHSA trainers for your outstanding support, your sleepless weekends, and your commitment to building the next generation of horsemen and women. You are the backbone of this association, and we couldn't do it without you.

With only three shows left in the Gold Coast Series, the race is on for which trainers are going on vacation, thanks to our Gold Coast Trainer Trips sponsored by @legisequine!

Julie Conner Daniels is in the lead for both the 2’3” & Under and 2’6” & Over Hunter/Equitation categories. Since she can only win one trip, that means Michelle Morris-Handler, Beth Cadwallader, Stephanie Haney, Becky Abeita, Gioia Lamendola, and Cha Cha Jago are all in the hunt. With great locations to choose from, like Lake Tahoe, Newport Beach, Palm Desert, and more, which trainer wouldn’t want to win a vacation?

For the Jumper Trainer Trip, Katie Emmerman holds a commanding lead. However, Carrie Treadway and Emeli Bruno are not that far behind. Let’s see who is going to jump into vacation planning.

Gold Coast August Aloha is coming up. Get in on the vacation getaway!

This is the sad grim reality of our situation here at WR. While we are so blessed to have been donated a new barn, we have a long road before we can bring horses home. This photo was taken yesterday standing over the remains of the Historic Barn. We ask you please to continue to share our GoFundMe so we can continue taking care of our beloved horses. We are optimistic and determined to come back stronger 💪🏻🫶🏻🐴
