Bombay doesn’t slow down. Neither do we. 🚴🏽‍♀️

Two late-evening spin sessions, 45 minutes each, full-body movement, strength and rhythm with @chakrabombay.

It’s never just about the spin. It’s about showing up for yourself, finding your rhythm, and leaving a little more you. ✨

Last Friday we moOved together and enjoyed the ride!

Turns out 6:30 AM is a perfectly reasonable time to make questionable cardio decisions. 🚴

Mumbai showed up for RUN × SPIN with @movynn_in × @chakrabombay. We kept the Crack coming. 🏃🏼‍♀️

Ummm I’m sorry but this was the first time I’ve ever peeled a pomegranate on my own. And like I know how lame that sounds and it’s lowkey embarrassing but it just made me think that we’ve gotten so damn lucky and we don’t even realise it. Yea peeling a pomegranate brought out immense gratitude lol.

My honest review about spinning as a runner. I run 4-5 times a week and strength train 2-3 times

1. Great for cross training - this will improve your aerobic base
2. You can control resistance levels on the bike to make it more or less challenging
3. Banger playlist
4. Air conditioned environment is counter intuitive for me as all my races are outdoors so I prefer training outdoors.
5. Safety max. If you’re someone who doesn’t want to run outdoors or work out outdoors this is a good option

I will not comment on VFM because I did not pay for this session but I’m a huge advocate of spending money on your health which is why I just bought two pairs of running shoes worth ₹30k 😭😂

Taylor’s Version, the Wellnest x Chakra way. 🎶🤍

From the first beat to the last lyric, this was one morning we’ll be replaying for a while. 💗

And a little love to the brands who came together with us to make the experience even more special:

@justt_essentials who added their wellness oral strips to our goodie bags

@getwithfeel — who served nourishing salad bowls for everyone

@frutjus.in — who kept us refreshed throughout the morning

@zerozerooils — who brought their essential oil experience to the space

@skove.in — who added the perfect post-event refresh to our goodie bags 🤍

Thank you for being a part of our Taylor’s Version. Until the next WELLNEST morning. 🪩🤍
