:: 🪾 ::

My dear sister, Fernanda, and I hosted our first workshop together over the weekend titled The Dancing Temple that involved connecting to the womb & heart through breath, movement and energy healing. It felt so light and beautiful connecting with everyone in that special container. Witnessing their joy, a reflection of my own internal world, as we cut cords and celebrated ourselves. There was a deep sense of honouring while surrendering to the safety web we created with one another.

My period decided to join us, a symbolic addition to the amount of shedding and releasing we were doing. I was surprised by my excitement to have her apart of this journey as I connected with my own womb and listened to the beat of my own drum. Instead of giving in to her struggles and discomfort, I leant in to her power and heard her whispers of what it means to be a woman: a womban. It truly felt so potent and sacred to embrace her in this way. To be one with this cycle of life and death. Being reborn into a curious yet empowered self beside other woman who stand tall. Just like trees. Reaching up to the heavens.

There is deep gratitude at my heart and a softening now within my womb from all that we created, this magic, those I get to share this with and the messages that continue to unfold like leaves melting from tree branches in autumn.

:: Seven Sisters on film ::
••• @sevensistersfestival •••

𖦹 I was lucky enough to go to Seven Sister’s earlier this year alongside my mum 🥹 and it was magical from head to toe.

I had the most wonderful weekend over the autumn equinox connecting with other women, partaking in workshops and offering many chakra healing sessions. It felt so inviting being in a space where I could safely connect and open myself up to more trust.

Months later and I’m still reflecting on all I experienced and the lessons that came up. There’s no doubt in my mind: I’d love to go to the next one and you should too 🙈
