A little Brazil in the middle of the week. 🇧🇷✨

Back at @chamasad for a mid-week dinner date, where the churrasco keeps coming, the wine stays flowing and the evening naturally stretches a little longer.

Flame-grilled cuts, warm Brazilian hospitality and that unmistakable Chamas energy. Some dinners are simply made to be enjoyed slowly. 🍷🔥

Saturday night in Abu Dhabi tastes like Brazil. A chef carves at the pass under kitchen light, the skewers still turning behind him, and then someone walks to my table and slices a piece straight onto my plate. Then another. Then another. Thirteen times, until I lose count and stop trying.

Between them, warm cheese bread and croquettes in a little steel tin, a woman singing in Portuguese somewhere behind me, dancers moving past a mural of feathers and parrots painted across a black wall.

I did not expect to find carnival in a city that keeps its volume low. But that is the thing about living here. The island holds room for everyone’s homesickness, and sometimes yours arrives at the table on the tip of a knife.

Save this one for the Saturday you want to feel far away without leaving the island.

Abu Dhabi foodies, add this one to your list 🤎🔥

Chamas is one of those experiences you’ll want to come back to — unlimited Churrasco, fresh salad bar, the BEST garlic bread, juicy cuts served straight to your table, and that grilled pineapple at the end 😍🍍

And don’t miss the upstairs bar for a calmer Brazilian vibe, mocktails & a really good food menu ✨
Special thank you to Rehab for always making us feel so welcome 🤍
