For the next session on August 30th, we are wanting to unpack PROFESSIONALISM, all that we were taught about it, told to embody, and how it manifests in our industries. Some more questions: What does professionalism mean to us and how does it show up as a concept in our lives? What aspects of it are actually useful to retain? What does it mean while we seek equity? This and more at the next S.T.A.G.E. 🏳️‍⚧️ Led by Katherine Goforth @g0furtherr, Teiya Kasahara @teiyakasahara, May Chook @may.chook and in collaboration with @ChamberQUEER and @AmplifiedOpera, these meetings will be a space for trans artists to share mutual support, exchange knowledge, and work together on the challenges particular to the trans performing artist community. & once more I am swinging open the passenger door. I am running toward a rusted horizon, running out of a country to run out of. I am chasing my father the way the dead chase after days— Ill never tire from the words of @ocean_vuong & the music of @dylantranmusic . It is so deeply moving and it is a privilege getting to perform it and have it in my life. Engrained in my heart. 🎹 @jeremychanpiano 🎥 @juliusdsanchez_studio @juliusdsanchez @wearyellowproudly - performed at @redeye_ny at @chamberqueer 2025 #opera #operasinger #classicalmusic #tenor #nonbinary
