🏉We would like to welcome Chamizal Rugby to the Rugby Player Connect Community — a team whose identity is built on unity, resilience, and the power of sport to bridge worlds.
📍Based out of El Paso, Texas and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Chamizal represents the very best of both sides of the border. Their roster brings together athletes from across the U.S. and Mexico, proving every day that rugby doesn’t just build players — it builds connection. Their mission is bold and beautifully simple: to show the world that rugby unites and that talent exists everywhere, especially in places where cultures meet and communities blend.
🏉As they join the RPC family, they bring with them a spirit of growth, ambition, and cross‑border brotherhood. Their presence strengthens the network of athletes and organizations committed to elevating the sport and expanding opportunity.
‼️If you or your organization want to be a part of the RPC family, reach out‼️

📸 SANDIA SANDSTORM PHOTO DROP #1 📸

Sand rugby was pure MAGIC!

The sand was hot, the rugby was hotter, and the vibes were absolutely scorchin’. 🔥🏉

We brought the heat. We brought the chaos. We brought the beach rugby mayhem with a twist. Think flying tackles, epic tries, hot yoga halftime flow, and a whole lotta sunscreen regrets. 🧘‍♂️☀️🌪️

To everyone who played, partied, danced, dove, dunked, and dominated in the dunes with us — THANK YOU. You made Sandia Sandstorm 2025 a sand-slinging success. 🙌

Huge shoutout to:
🏖️ @dukecitybeaches for hosting our madness
🧘 @hotyogadowntownabq for the mid-tourney zen
🌿 @behempful.earth for sponsoring the sandstorm
🧙‍♂️ And all our rugby fam who came out to get sandy with the Brujos

Grateful to @abqbogo + @behempful.earth + @leafandtackle + @steelblademen + @gaias.kava.root + Kelly + NM 811 + Salgado Consulting for being our partners!

Thanks to @bosquebrewingco for supplying a wide range of ice cold brews 🍻

We already hear the winds howling for Sandia Sandstorm 2026 — you in? 🌬️💥

📢 Brujos Beach Rugby Primer!
READ THIS or risk getting sand in your whistle. 🏉🌊
EVERY PLAYER MUST SIGN A WAIVER! No waiver, NO PLAY.

Here’s the sand-solid breakdown:
🔥 No rucks. No mauls. No scrums. No lineouts. No kicks (except for restarts).
🔥 Tackles allowed, but you’ve got 2 SECONDS to pass or release the ball!
🔥 Scoring = 1 point per try. No conversions.
🔥 After you score, drop the ball where you scored and get back in defense.
🔥 Respect the ref. Only the captain talks.

Fast, fun, and full of chaos.
Let’s get sandy. 🧙‍♂️🏖️
