This picture proves to me again that #healthyliving is possible no matter where we go. It just takes determination, commitment and some effort to make it happen. I am not saying it is easy but it is doable. The payback is well-behaved, healthy, happy children and adults😉What are your favorite healthy #vacation easy to grab food options?

My boy put together this plate of #hummus and #veggies for lunch all by himself today and sent me the picture so I would see his creation 😀The moments like this motivate me to continue inspiring my children to take a good care of themselves by eating #healthyfood and other lifestyle choices. I feel more and more confident that the hard work I have put in educating and feeding them #realfoods will eventually pay off. #feelingrateful #powerofgratitude #healthtlifestyle #joyfullife #godisgood

Happy Easter, folks! We celebrated the holiday by coloring duck eggs with #homemade dyes, backyard egg hunt and #veggie filled meal with pickled eggs. It was a good quality time as a family and a nice end to the kids’ spring vacation. We finished it off with a quick walk in the neighborhood and teatime with #sugarfree #dairyfreeglutenfree dessert of pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate #almondbutter cups and strawberries with #coconutwhippedcream Everyone enjoyed it all and our bellies stayed healthy. #guthealthyholiday #familytime #funtimes #happybellies #happymind

My teenager has been on a roll lately. The first picture you see is their request for their birthday party made by @chance.limka The rest are their own creations for lunch. I love seeing this child come a long way and learn to take such a good care of themselves. God is good🙏#healthyfood #healthymind #healthybody #healthysoul #veggielover #cleaneatingideas #proudmama

We eat a lot of #vegetables and some #fruit in our household. As the scraps pile up from them I have a hard time throwing them into trash when I know they have a better use. I am so grateful to have @wormreturn as our composting service. It is very easy, you fill the bucket and they pick up. If you were ever interested in composting this is a good time to do it as they are running a promotion. You get $15 credit if you sign up until the end of February.
