Summer was spent building the foundation 🧱. Now the focus shifts toward keeping those qualities while bringing the work closer to the demands of the game 🏀. Rotation. Rhythm. Elasticity. Multi-directional power. Assess • Build • Transfer 🐍 #basketballstrengthandconditioning #strengthandconditioning #athleticdevelopment #athleticperformance #basketballperformance

With the new college basketball season about a month away I wanted to highlight some players that emerged as the best JUCO talent from a season ago. Each of these 8 players will be making the jump to the division 1 level and I believe that a couple of these individuals could become stars for their new programs during the 2027 season. Do Your Part❗️ Call it a rally cry. A standard. Call it a daily reminder that everybody has a responsibility to the group. The truth is, culture starts and ends with our athletes. Reminding athletes every day to “DO YOUR PART” in the classroom, weight room, AT room, film room, recovery, nutrition, and everywhere in between puts the responsibility back on the athlete, where it should be. Because the real question is…. Are YOU about the… extra, in-between, & unrequired? The data gives us information. While the game gives it context. Measure the athlete. Understand the profile. Individualize the work. Develop the qualities that transfer. Linear speed matters — but basketball is more than a straight-line sprint. The complete picture comes from seeing how an athlete accelerates, decelerates, changes direction, creates separation, and expresses those physical qualities inside the game. Data informed. Coach led. Performance validated on the court. Assess • Build • Transfer 🐍

Just like a fingerprint 🫆 , the way an athlete moves, produces force, reacts and plays the game is unique to them. Our training should reflect that. During preseason, our force-plate testing helps guide each athlete into one of four individualized training profiles: Warrior, Shield, Forge/Forge+ or Blade. The goal isn’t to have 15 athletes doing 15 completely different workouts. It’s to identify what each athlete needs more of and adjust the training emphasis accordingly. As we transition into the season, the lens 🔍 changes. High Minutes. Medium Minutes. Low/No Minutes. The exercise selection can remain similar, but the dose changes based on what each athlete is already being exposed to on the basketball court. Can’t say I’m not happy to say good bye to 2025, but looking back so many wonderful memories, the birth of our baby girl, we got engaged, Ariana crossed , Chandler having amazing basketball year and the kids growing so fast. If we have nothing else we have so much love in this family, and I am so blessed and thankful to look forward to what 2026 will bring❤️❤️. #family #goodbye2025
