“The Head, the Heart & the Ocean” 🌊🤍
I’ve found that who you’re with is more important than where you are.
This song is one of my favorites 😌
Here’s a bunch of moments from this year that remind me of what it’s like to be with the right people, in a place “where the head, the heart and the ocean collide” 🐳
Hope ya love it!!!

The first half of 2026 has been both deeply beautiful AND so so challenging.
On the surface, it’s all glorious. We’re living in one of the most beautiful places on earth and I know how blessed I am to see such beauty every single day! (If I had a dollar for every rainbow i’ve seen i’d be a millionaire by now haha!) 💛😊🌈
AND what’s happening below the surface that nobody sees, it’s also been such a struggle this year.
Moving to a foreign country, challenged with visa restrictions and not being able to work or create income whilst living in one of the most expensive places in the USA, also not being able to leave/travel. the S T R E S S and isolation and loneliness of not having my family/friends/support system especially in a place that isn’t exactly warm and welcoming to haoles like myself. My bank cards were hacked so I didn’t have access to any money for a while there which was interesting to feel. At the same time my phone stopped working and I genuinely loved it - I felt free for a few days haha! And then it started working again 😅 We had a housing crisis at first and couldn’t find anywhere to live, when we eventually did find a place and moved in we were told there was a dead rat in the kitchen walls and it took 8 weeks for the smell of death or fully go away! 🤢
Also the house is right on a highway and they recently started doing NIGHT roadwork replacing the road out front which is SO loud it has to be illegal surely! and is very overstimulating for my sensitive little nervous system! (HSP life!)
We thought we were going to start trying for babies 6 months ago but the stress of life and visas and money and housing has urged us to put it off for a while. I think I also developed stress induced flares of arthritis at 31years old which isn’t good… in my hands/wrists and ankles - it got to painful I couldnt even chop vegetables or do a down dog let alone a handstand!! (Which for me is the epitome of hell haha).
And my periods have been SO Painful too!
But through it all, there has been some of the greatest moments at the same time!! 😊🪽🌀💫💛🌺
So even though i’m a stressed little chicken, I’m also a grateful one 🐥🙏🏽
