Our very first SOLD OUT Zumba Master Class at Dance Fix Studio happened this past weekend and I’m still on cloud nine!☁️🤯😭🙌🏽

I truly believe the greatest investment you’ll ever make is in yourself, and this weekend, nearly 50 people chose to do exactly that.

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. Whether you came to dance, recharge, challenge yourself, or simply smile a little more, I hope you left with a heart just a little fuller than when you walked in.

Moments like these remind me that Zumba has never been just about the music or the choreography. It’s about creating a space where everyone belongs, where joy is contagious, and where complete strangers become friends.

To @dancefixstudio … thank you for providing us with a safe space for such an incredible event.

To @sjdeltabrewery … thank you for the tasty cold ones as the perfect post workout treat!

To @pixelxpresspb … thank you for providing us with the best Photo Booth experience!

To my fellow instructors (@jferrsure @lizbeeph.d @zumba_with_sarah @shandaleanne1989 ) …thank you for bringing your passion, your energy, and your unique styles to the dance floor.

To everyone who worked behind the scenes… thank you for helping bring this event to life.

Lastly and most importantly… THANK YOU to every single one of you that trusted us with your morning!🤍 Your energy, your smiles, and your willingness to simply show up are what made this event so much more than just a workout.

Until next time…keep choosing yourself, keep investing in yourself, and never stop dancing.💃🕺

It’s been a little over a month that I’ve been teaching at @dancefixstudio. And have been teaching yoga for four years this June. I am extremely grateful for the community we have built at my candlelight gentle yoga class. Thank you for coming to my class, means so much!🕯️🧘🏽‍♀️💕If you are new to yoga or want to start your own practice, I would to have you join us.

💫This class is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself. A heart-centered practice that blends mindful movement, intentional breath, and moments of stillness to support nervous system regulation, ease stress, and cultivate inner peace.

Expect gentle stretching, grounding postures, and a deeply restorative experience that honors your body’s wisdom. Whether you’re new to yoga, recovering from stress, or simply craving a softer practice, this class welcomes you exactly as you are.

💫The thing I love most about yoga is the mind, body soul connection. It’s about your whole well being. I’ll always remember what a teacher told me once is, “that we need you well.” 🙏🏽💫Meaning with life, we can all experience hard times, stress and overwhelm. But if we aren’t well, we won’t be able to manage this times.

Yoga has a powerful philosophy and mindset we can take with us. And not to mention we have fun. Love this tribe!

If this speaks to you, I would love for you to join me next week Wednesday at 8:00pm. Reserve your spot now on Vagaro app so you make it time for you! Link in my bio. Hope to see you on your mat.

Namaste,
Jessica
