Becoming a performer has never been an easy decision considering the economy we face as a nation and constantly having to educate those who asks "till when?" or suggests a plan B.
As performers we couldn't deny where our passion and soul lies and for that matter choosing to follow the path has brought nothing but joy , peace, experience and growth.
We are genuinely HAPPY taking this journey over and over in order to express ourselves and LIVE!
Isn't LIFE all about that? to LIVE.

The Dance Effect ✨
This year I decided to listen to that burning feeling. I decided to return to dance, and man, it is the best decision I have made this year! While medicine stimulates me, dance is what makes me happy. Every time I step out of the studio my cup is just SO much fuller. Thank you @liamlanthony for creating a space where all of us can just be! A place where we can rebuild and rediscover together. I have fallen more deeply in love with dance, with life, with myself

So grateful for this dance community and @elsje_styger for sharing this joy with me ❤️‍🔥

at the start of the year I promised myself to come back to dance. not that I ever left her but my relationship with her definitely weighed strain. I just wanted to create and share for the fun of it again. safe to say six months later I’m living deeper in this gift than I ever have. sharing openly, creating freely, liberating and connecting, not only with myself but a community of people, all with a similar ‘why’.

that’s wealth.

thank you to my friends and students who continue to support and inspire the journey!
