I think this summer taught me that growth doesn’t always mean becoming someone new. Sometimes it’s just getting more grounded in who you already are. Caring deeply, letting go when you need to, trusting yourself a little more, and being intentional with what you give your energy to. Grateful for the people who help me water my garden, remind me what’s worth growing, and give me room to do the same for them.

There’s a lot I want to change in this world, but I think it starts with how we choose to move through it.
