Finally had the chance to do an event with @chaotic.caps.co and design a hat. Um, highly recommend. 🍒 I love this idea for a group of girlfriends! Soo who wants to do a party with jewelry and trucker hats!???

A year in pictures 📸

Vulnerable post ahead…

2024 was a year, a year that broke me, and a year that saved me. Some of these pictures are from some of the lowest points in my life, others from the best moments of my life. But you’d never be able to tell the difference would you? As many of you saw my tik tok post last week you may have seen that I am a few weeks past 4 months sober. Shocking right, as a former full time party girl this year was life changing. We live in an alcohol obsessed society. As someone who has worked in the industry for about 3.5 years I was so easily caught up in it. Everything revolved around booze. No, I didn’t grab for a drink every day, I didn’t use alcohol to get through my day, in fact I rarely drank multiple days a week. But after busting my butt for weeks at a time I would over celebrate the little things and the big things, I would use it to get me through the excitement in life. Alcohol can be great, in moderation. Now, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t drink, you sin if you drink, or I’m better than you because I don’t drink, I absolutely am not. When dealing with some physical health issues on top of mental and emotional health issues it is scary alone, and when you add alcohol into the equation it doesn’t make for the best results. I chose to go sober and put myself first and my goals first. I have found ways to have fun and be the same loud, goofy, wild child Chayse that you all know, just this time sober. My grades have thrived, my small business is really taking off, financially I am the best I have ever been, I’m at my happiest, my mental focus is sharp and I have conquered things that I never even thought I could. But I owe it to all these people, and so many more that aren’t pictured. They stood by my side through it all, the highs the lows and everything in between. They carried me when I couldn’t carry myself, and they cheered me on when I thought I had nothing left to give. The point of all this is, in an alcohol obsessed world, “I don’t drink” is an incredibly brave and empowering statement and if I can help just one person see that they are not alone then I’ve done my job. 🤍
