West Palm Beach looks a little different to us now. 🌴💙

We spent the week enjoying our time together, exploring the area, making approximately 27 Target runs 😅, celebrating Ashlyn’s 20th birthday 🥳, hosting a cookout with all the new roommates and families, and officially getting Ashlyn and Logan settled into their new college lives at Palm Beach Atlantic.

And because we like to do things family style, we had quite the crew come along. Their grandparents joined us, Ash’s boyfriend Chapel came for a few days, and Logan’s friend Cayden—who is starting school nearby at Lynn—got to spend some time with us too. 🤍

Logan is officially moved into his dorm with some of his lacrosse teammates, while Ash is settled into her apartment with her friend Isabel and, of course, the most important roommate of all… Lottie. 🐾🥰
The fact that they get to do this together is one of my favorite parts and it makes my mama heart feel a little more at ease. They even got to share one of their first college classes together! 🥹

We packed a whole lot into one week—and somehow celebrated the end of one chapter and the beginning of so many new ones all at once. We left with two kids settled, one very quiet house waiting for us back home, and hearts that are equal parts proud, excited, grateful…and maybe not quite ready for how fast all of this happened.

Here’s to new roommates, new teammates, new friendships, new adventures, and a whole lot of growing. We already miss them like crazy—but we can’t wait to see what God has in store for both of them in this next chapter.
