@ukcofficial @silverstonecircuit for the RMC National Trophy. Last minute decision to enter after some persuasion from @_aaroncharles_ We had to work for it, but ended up on the podium 🥉 Didn’t set a qualifying time due to being locked on the grid with 20 other drivers after rules weren’t explained. H1 P24>P8 H2 P23>P4 S/H P5<DSQ (first corner incident) Final P24>P3 So a victory from the jaws of defeat. Thanks as ever to Adrian @colesracing ,the guru that is @_aaroncharles_ , @venatorracingengines for the amazing power, and our sponsors TJ Refrigeration. Well done also to other team members after a tumultuous weekend. A weekend off for TKC awards then onto PF for the last round of @trent_valley_kartclub club championship. 📸 @chappersmedia 💨 @venatorracingengines 🔧 @jonturner180 🪖 @brianevansign @freemuk @redspeedkart.official @jagrotax #rotaxmax #karting #kartsilverstone

🏁 UKC RMC ROTAX TROPHY – SILVERSTONE 🏁 A frustrating weekend at Silverstone, but plenty of positives to take away! Qualifying A miscommunication meant 19 drivers, including myself, missed qualifying, leaving me starting P21 for both heats. Saturday – Heats Heat 1: Caught up in the Turn 1 chaos and dropped down the order. Started fighting my way back through before a technical flag ended my race on lap 4. Heat 2: More contact at Turn 3, but managed to recover and finish P17. Sunday – Finals Superheat: P24 → P16 on track. Unfortunately, a dropped nose cone penalty following contact from behind dropped me to P21. Repechage: P18 → P5 on track! 💪 A strong drive through the field, gaining 13 places and securing a Super Final qualifying position on track. Unfortunately, a 5-second in-race penalty dropped me to P11, bringing my weekend to an early end. Gutted to miss out on the Super Final, especially after showing the pace to get there! Not the result I’d hoped for, but plenty of positives to take away. Strong race pace, lots of overtaking and valuable experience against a competitive national field. The pace was there, just not the results. Onto the next one! 💪🏁 A big thank you @dean.waters.5 for all the data, feedback and support throughout the weekend, and Si Starbuck for his hard work on the spanners! Big thanks to everyone supporting me on and off the track! 🙌 @jaxxmotorsport @maxxracingengines @gridperformance_ @themotorsportmentor @demontweeksmotorsport 📸 Photography: @chappersmedia #UKC #RMCTrophy #JuniorRotax #TeamDT #demontweeksmotorsports

UKC Silverstone National Trophy🏆| Race Report: National Grid of 60 Drivers! @ukcofficial FRIDAY: TEST⏱️ Best practice result P5 with just a single test day at this track previously💨 SATURDAY: TQ / HEATS
Quali: P10⏱️ Heat 1: P11 📈 P7 Heat 2: P10 📉 P16 SUNDAY: FINAL Superheat: P10 📈 P10 Final: P18 📈 P9💥📉P18 Overall, the Final got up to P9 / 60 Drivers before being hit off the track but still a solid result for a national event, being one of the least experienced at this track compared to others. 🏁 UKC Silverstone Race Report 🏁 Qualifying: P29 — a miscommunication from the race officials meant 20 juniors, including us, didn’t get to set a lap 🔥 Heat 1: P29 ➡️ P14 💥 P23 🔥 Heat 2: P29 ➡️ P12 🔥 Superheat: P17 ➡️ P8➡️DNF A great start got me up to P8 Unfortunately, a crash damaged the tendons and ligaments in my fingers. I continued for 9 minutes before the same driver took me out again, resulting in an ambulance trip and ending our day early due to injuries. 💔 Not the ending we wanted, but we’ll come back stronger! 💪 Thank you to @chappersmedia for the amazing reel Also thank you to @_aaroncharles_ for all the help this weekend @colesracing @ukcofficial @freemuk @32five.me

Very impressive weekend from both Luke & Jonas out racing at the Rotax Trophy at Silverstone last weekend! 🇬🇧🏆 🔴🔵⚪️ Last weekend was the perfect opportunity for our Senior drivers to step up to the highest level competition & gain a huge amount of valuable experience! Luke had some brilliant heat results - 7th & 10th - then lining up & finishing comfortably within the top 18 in the Main Final out of 60 drivers! 🫡 Jonas gained a total of 14 places throughout his Heat races, putting himself into the top 20, right in the fight! 💪🏼 #THCorse #RaceTeam #KartTeam #Silverstone #RotaxRacing

🏁 UKC National Trophy | 18.10.26 A strong showing at Silverstone for our first race at the circuit. With much of the grid having raced there the previous weekend for the British, we arrived on the back foot but showed top five pace all weekend. We qualified P5 in group and secured strong heat results, including P5 in the Super Heat. Unfortunately, our final was compromised at Turn 1 when we were loaded from behind and then collected by the pack, dropping us to P36 and a long way behind. We fought back to finish P26. Not the result our pace deserved, but plenty of positives to take from the weekend. A huge thank you to @dqsport for my incredible new suit and gloves. More exciting news coming tomorrow 💚🏁 @colesracing @gridperformance_ @vortektuning @clarkebrosscaffolding @podworkwear @abruzziuk 📸 @chappersmedia #afracing #motorsport #pfi #racing #dqsport @ukcofficial
