Down time? This is my down time.

With like minded people.

Training is hard. Harder than any race, but with the right people;
Encouraging. Yelling. Pushing…
The right motivation and mindset, you’ll be golden ✨

Worstead 5 Miler 🏃🏃🏼‍♀️

Another brilliant evening with a huge number of the PERFIT community taking on the Sports Link Series. Some chasing PBs, some racing for the first time, and others simply turning up and getting it done. That’s what it’s all about.

The result is built long before race day. Consistent strength training. Consistent running. Consistently showing up.

Massive shout out to our Run Coach @jakeypye for keeping everyone on track week after week, and to every single member, coach, friend and family member who came along to race, support and cheer everyone on. That support is what makes this community so special.

Train together. Win together. Level up together.

This is PERFIT 🖤

You don’t have to start on the track.

You start by building a stronger body.

Strength. Movement. Confidence. Consistency.

The running, the PBs, the community nights like this… they all come afterwards.

Every person here started somewhere. They made the decision to show up for themselves, and in doing so, became part of something bigger. A community that celebrates your wins, keeps you accountable, and helps you through the days when motivation isn’t enough.

You never regret the session you showed up for.

If you’re ready to build a stronger, fitter and healthier version of yourself, send us a DM with “START” and let’s chat about the best place for you to begin.
