LOVE IS A 4-LETTER WORD (and a tambourine) ••just trust•• Loyalty is not a 4-letter word. It is a whole lot more (uh… letters) than that. Loyalty can be simple like if you get Tacos every week you are loyal to Tacos… In some cases it takes a bit more effort. Employee loyalty diving off a cliff is probably a symptom of something a little more than, what year someone was born or how many times a day they look at a screen. Love, like I mentioned earlier, IS a 4-letter word (this is getting weird….) If loyalty is a band, Love is the tambourine… You can do without it, but why the hell would you? Love is often associated with deep affection, and an intense feeling of fondness towards someone but It can also describe the empathy and compassion felt towards others. What I’m trying to say is that I am the tambourine, Charlie & Robert here, they’re both rockstars, like Iggy & Bowie a little bit, and I love them. (*) These are my ride or die bros that show up early, stay late, work clean, and get shit done (in fairness, Charlie does occasionally leave a door unlocked - sorry bro). These are a couple of the faces you see when you hire YEAH! - they’re quick with a joke or to light up your smoke and I think there’s no place they’d rather be. Anyway, the point is… we couldn’t do it without them and wouldn’t want to if we could. Nobody is looking for an explicit Tamborine solo but I’m gonna take a quick 16 bars. Love you guys. Thank you! (*) I am actively looking for a loyal copy editor. 📸 @jacobboll
