10 year old me would never believe this. From BLI Summer Jam being my second concert ever, to having my own show on this iconic, staple NY station… I am beyond humbled to be featured as Radio Ink’s Woman to Watch 🥲

Especially to be recognized by Radio Ink in a feature that celebrates women loudly in a male driven field. A woman with a voice, by definition, is a strong woman…Radio Ink, thank you for hearing mine. And to @charesefruge for elevating my Boyband Labubu’s 🥰😅

2 years ago my industry was introduced to AI Ashley and it was met with a lot of uncertainty about the future. 1 year ago I heard an incredible panel discussion @radiomsbc about how to use AI. Today you won’t believe I incorporate the use of AI into executive functions… link in bio

This isn’t just a spotlight. It’s a moment. A reminder that when you stay true to your voice, and move with purpose, you will rise.

To every single person who’s believed in me, pour into me, and speak my name in rooms I haven’t stepped into yet, thank you. I can’t wait to name each and every one of you.

To anyone on their radio journey…if you stay focused, keep your heart in the right place, and truly believe in what you bring, there’s nothing you can’t do. I’m proof of that.
