YOU voted and the Northern Virginia Wedding of the Year is Kaitlynn & Michael!✨

Details We LOVED 🩵:
💐 The low back of Kaitlynn's @zoyasatelier gown, paired with sheer white opera gloves, an ode to '90s rom-coms

💐 A later ceremony time meant an unrushed morning in the chair with @unveiledartistry, with plenty of time for laughing and singing with her bridesmaids

💐 Their first dance was choreographed by a close friend, who gave the couple weekly lessons leading up to the wedding

💐 Dinner from @purpleonioncateringco, plated with delicate blue florals to carry the wedding's color palette right onto the table

💐 Kaitlynn practiced her Spanish to personally thank her new mother-in-law for raising the man she married

Kaitlynn & Michael's wedding is now a national nominee and will be considered for Wed Society’s National Wedding of the Year! The national winner will be announced on Monday, October 26th.

Jeff’s grandparents built this place by hand. Bare land, a barbed wire fence, and an idea about somewhere the family could keep coming back to. Deb and Jeff got married here in May, and the farm played its role as the foundational character it’s been for decades.

Six minutes, the whole film. Turn your phone sideways.

Chinese-inspired décor into a contemporary wedding setting.

Wedding design doesn’t have to choose between tradition and modern style. The two can come together beautifully.

When nature becomes part of the design. 🌿✨

This wedding embraced lush greenery and the beauty of the outdoors, then elevated it into something truly elegant.

A little nature, a lot of intention, and a wedding that feels completely timeless.

Enjoying each others company so much that you forget anyone is watching 🤍

Maggie and Jake's wedding was filled with European inspiration including crepes, their vineyard landscape, and catering choices with their signature drink, Aperol Spritz, by @purpleonioncateringco 🍇

We loved the ivory and buttery-yellow garden roses with the touches of dusty blue throughout their wedding day.

The reception had lots of dancing, lifting in the air, and adoration -- it was the kind of joy that comes when two families come together to celebrate the people they love!
