After logging 6-7 miles every day this week, I opted for a shorter #runwalkrun today. I may take a little walk this evening to get in a few more miles, though. 😉 #saturday #nevergiveup #nevertooold #myfitnessjourney

This year is just flying by, so I need to step up my daily mileage if I'm going to achieve my goal of #2026milesin2026! This was my workout yesterday and today and will be tomorrow as well. My #runwalkrun has been my saving grace during some challenging times, and I'm so grateful for the physical and mental benefits it gives me every day!❤️🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️ #nevergiveup #justkeepmoving #nevertooold

I've been staying consistent with my training, and I'm looking forward to my 10k on Sunday. This will be my first 10k in three years that actually involves running. (I did walk one 10k last year.). So excited to see how much my training and weight loss will affect my results! #nevergiveup #10k #consistency #comeback #runwalkrun

According to a 2019 study, dog owners walk about 200 more minutes a week than people without a dog, and now those steps can help fund a Life Buddy grant!

I was jumping over puddles on my #runwalkrun today, but I'm not complaining. The cool temps felt amazing, and I was able to make up for my low mileage day yesterday with 7.2 miles today! #nevergiveup #justkeepmoving #2026milesin2026 #goals

Yesterday, I was able to get in an invigorating 5 mile #runwalkrun before the crazy winds and rain started! Love the change in the weather, but I was a little bummed that I had to take a break from my outdoor workout today because of the rain. I guess a little #restday is good every now and then.🤷‍♀️ #goals #noworries #nevergiveup

One thing that running during this #heatwave has done for me is that I have been doing my #runwalkrun so much earlier to avoid the heat. 🔥Cooler temps are in the forecast next week, but my early workouts will continue.👍😊#morning #sunrise #nevergiveup

When the sun is out, I'm out the door! I love the quietude of an early Sunday morning. My training plan called for fewer reps today, so my #runwalkrun came to about 4 miles. #nodaysoff #nevergiveup #justkeepmoving #goals

Yesterday's early morning #runwalkrun was so invigorating, leaving me ready to face another busy day. Sticking with the 5/1 intervals for this workout and logging another 5 miles! #nevergiveup #goals

I didn't feel great this morning, but I knew that getting an early #runwalkrun would make me feel so much better. I was right! I got in 6 miles before the weather started heating up. Forecast for today is a high of 103 degrees! Yikes 🥵 #heatwave #nevergiveup #movementismedicine #goals
