Miss Nebo has always been built on a team of people who believe in the Miss America Opportunity and the incredible young women who step into it. We’re so grateful to have these individuals joining us and bringing their own experience, talents, and passion to our organization.

From titleholder mentorship and talent coaching to technology, public relations, and everything in between, we can’t wait to see the impact this team will have on the year ahead.

Jessica Lindley - Teen Judge’s Chair & State Prep Team ✨

Jessica Lindley has been involved with the Miss America Organization for more than 25 years, beginning as a local titleholder and continuing as a local director, State Field Director, and judge for numerous local competitions. The organization holds a special place in her heart, as both of her daughters have had the opportunity to serve as Miss Utah’s Teen—Jaylynn in 2023 and Brynn in 2025. Jessica is passionate about the confidence, leadership, lifelong relationships, service opportunities, and scholarships the Miss America Organization provides young women. Outside of the organization, Jessica serves as an elementary school principal and is passionate about helping young people recognize their potential, find their voice, and become confident leaders. She is excited to bring her years of experience, perspective, and passion to the Miss Nebo Board while supporting titleholders as they begin their own Miss America journeys.

Makenzie Memmott - State Prep Team ✨

Makenzie Memmott brings a love of mentorship, service, and community to the Miss Nebo Board. She previously spent 10 years serving on the Miss Utah’s Teen state board as Public Relations Specialist and Assistant Director, an experience that created lasting friendships and a deep appreciation for the opportunities the Miss America Organization provides. By day, Makenzie serves as Marketing Director at Central Valley Medical Center and is proud to call Nephi home with her husband, Justin, and their four children. She is excited to

Being part of this family, serving alongside such incredible people, and growing into the person I am today has been the greatest gift.
