He did it! 🎓 Words can’t even begin to express how proud I am of Charles for graduating from the U with his degree in Health and Kinesiology. We see the fun pictures of the graduation ceremony, but what’s most impressive is what’s happened behind the scenes for the last four years - the hard work, dedication, early mornings, late nights, countless hours studying at the library, existing off of tornadoes and energy drinks at the campus 7-11, and the hundreds of miles walked around campus.

For the last four years, he’s balanced school, leadership roles at the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, work, social life, friends, and family - and he never let any one of those things slip. That’s not easy, and it says a lot about who he is.

But more than that, I’m proud of the man that he’s become - he shows up, takes responsibility, treats people right, and sets and example for others (including me) without needing to talk about it.

I’m so proud of you, son - not just for the degree, but for who you became while earning it.

And in the words of Charles right after graduation, “Now what??” 😀🧑‍🎓 @charles.hooper_

Spent the weekend in Oregon celebrating Madison’s graduation from grad school — she’s officially earned her Master’s degree as a Physician Associate! 🎓💙

She’s dreamed of working in medicine since she was a little kid, and it’s been amazing (and a little surreal) to see that dream come true. We couldn’t be more proud of the countless hours, long days, and years of hard work she’s put in to get here.

She’s going to be an incredible Physician Associate, and her future patients will be so lucky to have her. ❤️
