🚨New Athlete Alert🚨

Y’all welcome Charley Wilson to the #Arete crew!

@charleymae2024 just finished her senior year at Rowlett High School and going to play for Oklahoma Wesleyan this fall. She is primarily a catcher and has the goal of improving her athleticism as much as she can this summer so she can earn a starting spot this fall.

Our training objective this summer is going to be focused on bulletproofing her knees and shoulders while improving her maximal strength, explosive strength and speed.

Starting metrics:
Sumo Deadlift: 155lbs
Transverse Broad Jump: 4’8
Exit Velocity: 64-67mph
Throwing Velocity: 53mph
40 Yard Sprint: 5.67

If you’re ready to improve your throwing velo, exit velo or need to get faster then send me a DM and let’s set a time for you to come in for a free assessment.

We will put you on the path to reaching your full athletic potential!
