I had the awesome opportunity to go to NYC for the first time with a group from my school. It was the best trip ever! Saw MJ, The Outsiders, and Wicked on Broadway, took some amazing master classes, saw so many cool sights, and had the best time with so many people.
Thanks @utah_arts @2oneproductionz and @kanudance for making this possible!

Some fathers are here. Others have passed. But their guidance and presence remain in the lessons, the memories, the photographs, and the dance steps they have left behind.

This Father's Day, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures behind our instructors and staff and every form of love that shape d the artists in front of you.

Happy Father's Day from Ailey Extension.

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Spring Performance Workshops 💜

For 8 unforgettable weeks, dancers of all levels stepped into the studio—and onto the Ailey stage—to experience the magic of performance firsthand.

At Ailey Extension, the stage belongs to everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or rediscovering your love for dance, this is a space to build confidence, strengthen technique, deepen expression, and find community through movement.

We’re so proud of every dancer who showed up, stepped outside their comfort zone, and shared a piece of themselves on that stage ✨ Thank you for making this experience so special.
